1. General Terms and Conditions Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our General Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between the ski instructors or tennis coaches on this website and customers. This includes services such as providing ski lessons and guiding and accompanying customers during alpine skiing and snowboarding, or providing tennis lessons.

1a. 1b. Terms of payment: The ski instructors at Guiding am Arlberg and the tennis instructor are free to request a deposit of at least 50% of the invoice amount by bank transfer after written confirmation of booking.
The invoice amount is due within 10 calendar days of receipt of the invoice. The amount can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. In the event of late payment by the invoice recipient, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears at an annual rate of 5%.

1c. Cancellations:

  • Cancellations up to 1 month before the first day of the booking are free of charge.
  • Cancellations up to 8 days before the start of the booking will be charged at 80% of the agreed rate.
  • From 7 days before the start of the booking, the total amount of the booking will be charged.

Bad weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation. In the event of cancellation due to an accident or illness during the ski holiday, a certificate from a local doctor must be presented so that the corresponding days are not charged.

1d. Liability: Guiding am Arlberg guarantees that the ski instructors and tennis coaches listed on the website have a valid professional license and are authorized to independently provide ski and tennis lessons. In principle, ski instructors are only liable for damages that are directly related to their activities as ski instructors and that were caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Appropriate professional liability insurance is in place. Furthermore, ski instructors are in no way liable if the contractual partner disregards instructions, FIS slope rules, or other legal regulations and suffers physical injury, damage, or causes damage of any kind. The contractual partner is strongly advised to take out health, accident, and liability insurance.

1e. Choice of law: Austrian law shall apply.

2. service for visitors or users: The service of this website is free of charge for visitors. This website has been created with great care. Nevertheless, the owner excludes any liability for direct or indirect damage of any kind caused by errors or missing information. The website only serves to initiate communication and has no influence on the booking or reservation process. Details such as meeting point, time, payment modalities, deposit or special services are agreed without exception with the ski instructor or ski guide themselves and are not the subject of this website - i.e. a contract is concluded exclusively between the guest and the guide, but not with the operator of this website.

3. Links: For all links from this website, I have no influence whatsoever on the content of the linked pages. Therefore, I hereby expressly distance myself from all content of all linked pages on this website and do not adopt their content as my own.
